Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with KookyPlay. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. KookyPlay is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and ships worldwide from our fulfillment centers.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During high-volume or holiday periods, processing may take an additional day or two.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. This applies to all destinations.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak seasons can extend delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@kookyplay.com.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. Unless these charges are shown at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at hello@kookyplay.com so we can correct it before your order ships. We are unable to reroute packages after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your tracking shows your order as lost, or your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@kookyplay.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
