We want you (and your pets!) to love KookyPlay. If you're not happy for any reason, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund — no questions asked.

How it works

  • Email hello@kookyplay.com with your order number.
  • In most cases we'll refund you without needing the item back — no return shipping, no restocking fees, no "unused / original packaging" requirements.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
